foods to have at Octoberfest

pretzels, ochsensemmel... i don't think there's a good way to translate it ;-) a bun with slices of beef meat, lettuce, tomatoes and a special sauce. sounds a bit like burgers, but it's quite different ;-) next to roasted chicken THE octoberfest food.
