Absolutely awful! No reaction, no cooperation, to my requests to have an incorrect booking changed. Complete silence for almost a week. So I cancelled the booking myself, thinking this was perhaps an illegitimate online operation. But then the reactions from LMX Touristik suddenly flooded in: because there was money to be earned from the cancellation fee. Absolutely the worst travel agency I have ever, ever come across. This company gives Germany a very bad name.
